Increase in Tables in Wonderland Price
Tables in Wonderland increased today to $175 for Florida residents and $150 for pass holders/DVC members.
Previous prices were $125 for FL residents and $100 for pass holders/DVC .
This makes the break even point $750 meaning have to spend $750 (pre discount) to pay for the TIW card. Previously break even was $500. Edited to correct previous break even. Thanks for the catch Fangorn!)

Yowza. Thanks for doing the math for me. Let's see- the 3 of us at Ohana is 120. That's 2 times a year or so. The three of us at sci fi is about 50. The 3 of us at Vero for apx 2 weeks a year - though we only do counter service and lounge. I don't know. Maybe on lounge visits (this weekend we had light suppers at territory lounge and top of the world) it might add up? But if that's even then what's the point other than free valet?

Yep, I have to do our math. Usually we will do 1 table service a day for the four of us but that is only on our weekend trips. We don't do table service as much if it is day trip.

Guess I will just be choosing places that give AP or DVC discounts. I was just about to get the TIW again. For two of us, eating TS once a month, I will never reach the break even point. Oh well...

Minor correction. The previous break even point was $500, not $400. (20% of 500 is 100).
Not that it matters much any more - the new break even is still $750. Tough for us to do when there's just 2 of us.

I am going to keep track of my receipts for my upcoming trip the first week of November, though our card is good until the end of this year. Even though it is now only 2 of us, we dine at mostly signature restaurants, have wine with our meals, and have nightcaps at resort lounges. Looking at what we had over our Labor Day weekend trip, we spent $550 (glasses of champagne aren't cheap!). So long as they continue to give discounts on alcohol, it will probably still be worth it for us.

It's still worth it for the two of us, but it really irks me that they increased it by 50%!!! Really???
Disney is making it quite clear that they don't give a rat's you-know-what about us AP holders and regular visitors.

Kinda shocked at the 50% increase, we were thinking about not renewing it when the last increase was implemented. Now this has us deciding not to renew. With all the increases lately we will be spending more on groceries and less on meals at the parks.
