I ended up buying the art directly from the artist, but I did eventually get a return call from Disney's Art Department. Their number is 877-560-6477. It took them several days to get back to me, by which time I had found the artist's studio contact info. But I wanted to leave this in case others are ever in the same boat and looking for something specific from the Art of Disney. Apparently there are no direct lines to the stores at WDW now, so this is the only way to reach them.
