Favorite Breakfast or Brunch (Saturday)
Any favorites for breakfast or brunch on a Saturday, hubby doesn't have a ticket so it would need to be hotel or Disney Springs. Wish Cali grill was open for brunch, that one is amazing!

We enjoyed a very nice breakfast at Ale and Compass at the Yacht Club last November.

For a low key breakfast we love love love Kona or GF Cafe. I must say though our Chef Mickey brunch was quite tasty...lots of choices.

For a brunch that's not quite at the same level as California Grill, but pretty close, try the brunch at Homecomin'. It's on both Saturdays and Sundays. If you're planning a Disney Springs day anyway, is a great option. My favorite is the Hallelujah Biscuit.

I just checked there and no ADRs available, do you know if they take walk ups? The menu looks fantastic!

They often are able to accommodate walkups, but there's no guarantee. If you're willing to sit in the lounge area (very nice) you'll have an even better shot at getting in without an ADR. It's worth a try.
Anecdotal evidence is that they hold back some spots for walk ups.

I ate breakfast at Ale and Compass 2 months ago, mid-September, and had a less than stellar experience. I could hardly ever find my waitress.
I love Boma for breakfast, it's my favorite MEAL anywhere/anytime at WDW, but with my luck, someone will say they had a bad experience there too!

You can also try calling the restaurant directly. Often not all the reservations show up online.

We love Boma too! Such an assortment of food choices. No one should ever leave hungry

I love Grand Flo Cafe for breakfast. I've also heard nice things about The Wave, I've only eaten dinner there and loved it.

It may be a bit out of the way, but we loved our breakfast/brunch at Trail's End. Great food and a more (for Disney) reasonable price.
