Question

Okay we are thinking of planning a Disney Cruise for october? We called to get the prices for the 3 & 4 day packages throught the military discounts. We were offered a Catagory 6, 8, & 10. Is there one better than the other? It will be my DH, and 2 daughters traveling. They are aged 3 & 5. TIA!

    Cool

    Welcome to Intercot!!!

The staterooms that you were offered, the room itself are all the same,, queen bed, covertable sofa, top bunk (since you need sleep for 4) and split bath...The only difference is this:

Cat 6: has a vernadah, which you can step outside from your room

Cat 8: has a big picture window which you can look out.

Cat 10: is an inside room with no windows, all walls.

If finance isn;t tight, go for cat 6, Cat 8 is good too, since you CAN look out...it is whatever your preference....

Also, look for my e mail!!!

We stayed in room 7072 (I think a category 6 or 5) and it was fantastic. I think it's totally worth it to get a balcony. I suggest a mid-ship location (bow to stern). Deck #6, #7, and #8 are all rooms only, no public areas, and most of the outside cabins have the verandah. Any of those decks are good. Deck #5 has only a few rooms since there are a lot of public areas on that deck. The lower decks have no balcony's.
