43 Square Miles of Relaxation, Recreation, and FUN!
While most people think of Disney’s 4 main theme parks, 2 incredible water parks and all the shopping at Disney Springs, that’s not all the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer! This “Vacation Kingdom of the World” offers so much more!
From championship golf courses, to fishing and watercraft, to horseback riding and every possible leisurely activity imaginable, you can truly fill an entire vacation with experiences your family will never forget. Why go anywhere else?!
Golfing at Walt Disney World
The Disney World resort is home to 4 championship courses that both Arnold Palmer Golf Management and renowned golf course architect Joe Lee have had a hand in designing. Immaculate greens, sprawling fairways and gorgeous views make each of these courses a pleasure to play.
For tee time bookings, please visit www.golfwdw.com or call (407) WDW-GOLF.

Disney’s Palm Golf Course
This 18-hole championship course features shimmering lakes, tropical sands, palm trees and sloping greens. Disney’s Palm Golf Course includes 9 holes with water hazards and 59 bunkers—providing plenty of challenges for novices and seasoned pros alike.

Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course
Named for its majestic magnolia trees, this course features elevated tees, spacious greens and challenging water hazards. Wide fairways invite you to hit the ball and hit it long, but beware – 11 of the 18 holes boast water hazards and dozens of sand bunkers dot the landscape.

Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Club
This classic country-club style course winds through pastel villas, pine forests, palmettos and sparkling lakes. Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course has hosted the PGA Tour, the LPGA Tour and USGA events, and most notably features elevated bunkered greens that put a premium on accurate approach shots.

Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course
Delight in this family-friendly retreat that’s home to an enjoyable 9-hole, par-36 walking course. Disney’s Oak Trail lets you test your skills with holes ranging from 132 to 517 yards from the white tees, and is perfect for young golfers with junior tees.

Mini Golfing
If PGA Championship golf courses seem a little too intimidating, you can always try your hand at one of Disney’s adorably fun Mini Golf Courses!
Walk-ups are welcome, or for reservations call (407) WDW-PLAY.
Fantasia Gardens & Miniature Golf
There are 2 separate 18-hole mini golf courses here to choose from, both themed to Walt Disney’s magnificent animated film, Fantasia.
The easier of the 2 courses is Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course, with the more challenging course being Fantasia Fairways Miniature Golf Course. Putt your way through whimsical scenes featuring tutu-clad hippos, marching broomsticks and pirouetting ostriches.

Winter Summerland Miniature Golf
Join Santa and his elves at their off-season retreat! Santa and his elves divided this course into 2 camps: one that enjoyed the warm Florida sun and another that preferred the snow and cold of the North Pole. The elves then built 2 distinctly different 18-hole golf experiences: a sand course named Summer and a snow course named Winter.

Horseback Riding & Carriage Rides
For a relaxing experience with these gentle equines, consider taking an easy ride with the horses! A variety of experiences are available, regardless of your riding experience.
Tri-Circle-D Ranch
The Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is home to many gentle horses ready to take you for a ride. Guests 9 years of age and older can experience a steady walking-pace through the nature of Fort Wilderness on this 45-minute experience. Reservations can be made on the My Disney Experience app.
Pint-sized cowpokes can climb aboard the petite ponies at Tri-Circle-D Ranch. Afterward, they may even get to see Cinderella’s Ponies! Riders must be at least 3 years old and no taller than 48″ tall. A parent or guardian must lead the pony at all times.

Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides
Take a relaxing carriage ride along the banks of the Sassagoula River at Port Orleans Riverside Resort, or through the wooded trails of Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. These 25-minute excursions can accommodate up to 4 adults (or 2 adults and 3 small children).
Advance reservations are highly recommended as these carriage rides fill up quickly. Reservations can be made in the My Disney Experience app.

Water Activities
