Which character meal with Mickey Mouse do you like best?

We're only looking to book one character meal and Mickey Mouse is the consensus character we need to see. :mickey:

Which one has the best interaction? Or best food? Or best value?

Our favorite is Garden Grill. We love the food, atmosphere, and characters are great there. Chef Mickey's is my least favorite, just due to the mediocre food, terrible service, and the characters always seem to be running late and don't spend much time at the table. Another favorite is Ohana brunch. We always have a great time there- great food, service, and characters!

I also vote for Garden Grill. The food is good, and the character interaction is wonderful. We usually get sick of the characters coming by so often.

DH says that he would vote for Tusker House breakfast/brunch ... but he also likes Garden Grill.

We love Garden Grill for character interaction....especially with Mickey! And the food is wonderful! Brought to your table family style all you can eat. Plus no fighting lines at a buffet.

I would say either Tusker House or Garden Grill depending on what you want. Garden Grill is a lot quieter, you stay at your table but not as many selections. Tusker House has lots of choices, really tasty food but can be fairly chaotic. Actually it's always very chaotic.

Garden Grill or 'Ohana if you want a more laid back quieter meal. However if you want a louder crazier time go for Chef Mickey - it is the original dining spot and still the busiest and bc of the layout it seems to echo. Tusker House is nice and a good balance of them all. I would choose based on your park plans for the day or the type of food you are wishing to eat. On a side note - 'Ohana has Kona coffee available and the juice is to die for. Yummy. Also Garden Grill & 'Ohana are both served family style but are still all you can eat. Enjoy

We've done all but Beach Club. Garden Grill for character interaction. O'hana for food. For value, breakfast is best.

I have no idea if this matters, but there is also character presentation. At Garden Grill the characters are dressed as farm hands so to speak, at Tusker I think its safari wear, although we've not done it. Chef costumes I believe at Chef Mickey's. We enjoyed Garden Grill, did it part of a CP dinner package and we definitely got a lot of time with the characters. Very underwhelmed with Chef Mickey's and character interaction is very cramped and quick.

Thanks for all the input. I didn't realize Ohana had the Character meals. Is it available at Dinner? Which characters are usually there?

We were just there for breakfast Saturday and they had Mickey, LIlo and Stitch, and Pluto. We were there for dinner the Saturday before that and there are no characters at dinner.
