Dancing With The Stars - Season 6

Why oh Why did I tune into this last night? I have never watched this show before and last night I DVR'd it and then just watched the performances so I missed all the above mentioned comments by Adam etc. I actually thought Penn was kinda funny, I didn't like Adam or Steve. Here's my big problem now-TUESDAY night TV!!

How am I supposed to watch Idol, BIggest Loser, this Dancing Show and Beauty and the Geek at the same time? I can only DVR two things at once!!

I didn't catch all of Adam's comments either..but it did seem this group was more prepared to "talk back" to the judges at the very begining then others.

Man! I didn't realized that I missed it until later in the evening. I'm going to have to set my recorder for it because I don't normally watch ABC and forget to check for these shows. I don't generally watch TV on Monday nights because nothing but Medium is on and forgot to watch the show. I'm going to have to go to the website and watch the episode.

When I saw a few weeks ago who was actually going to be on the show, I was a little surprised. Especially about Pricilla. I can't imagine her winning anything but she may surprise us. She was so pretty and I can hardly stand to look at her now. I think she was trying to keep up with her daughter and went too far. On that subject, why do so many of these stars think they have to have lips that stick out to the moon? If they only knew how bad it makes them look. I've seen some older stars lately that have never had cosmetic surgery and let nature take it's course. They may not be as young looking but it is so much better than the stiff face that doesn't move.

It is getting tough juggling all the reality shows right now.

Really? I thought Mario, Cristián, Jason and Steve all did well. At least they were serious about dancing.

I don't like it when folks sign up to do the show and make a big joke out of it. It's not fair to those really trying. It's about dancing!

Here's hoping Adam goes first. He doesn't have enough class to pull off this show - but he'll get a lot of "worse" votes as a joke.

I am so excited to see how Kristi and Marissa do.

Me too, Donna. Can Merissa be any cuter? Her smile and personality is addicting. I hope she does well.

I'm listening to Adam's show right now. Ultimately it looks like they got him on the show for comic relief and he was not expecting to be lambasted on his first dance.

He's in it for the long run and his listeners are voting like crazy. Sorry folks.

I hope he sticks around for a while. People are just assuming he doesn't want to be there. but he DOES. He was trying and they attacked him. They are mean. GRRR. Poor Adam.

I was fairly impressed with them too, especially Jason Taylor. Mario probably is the most fluid, but his dancing style reminds a little bit too much of hip-hop for me to give him top honors. I think the judges were right on about Cristian's shoulder hunching, but boy, is he cutie!

I actually thought Adam and Penn were trying and it will be interesting to see how much they improve if they stay on the show. That said, I still couldn't vote for either of them in good conscience. They just weren't that good, in my opinion. In any case, isn't it a moot point this week, since no one will be voted off?

I am looking forward to seeing the women dance tonight. I can't help but think that Kristi Yamaguchi will have an advantage--she's had to have had some dance training. And yes, Marissa has an infectious smile and a lot of enthusiasm. On the other end of the spectrum, Priscilla Presley looked positively stone-faced. I can't imagine how she will do if she doesn't emote more during her dances.

They are combining this weeks scores with next weeks. And then TWO are voted off next week.

I'll be sad if Adam is one of them. It's always fun to see people improve. It's so boring when the people are good from the beginning. I'd rather watch improvements than the same thing week after week.

So true about the Botox junkies!! I really admire Jamie Lee Curtis b/c she is a big movie star and has shown herself in a true light in the last couple of years. She looks great, too. I did some modeling when I was younger and quit when they told me that at 5'9" and 115 lbs I had to lose a few pounds.

I'm so happy for Marissa, she is having a baby (via a surrogate who is five mo. pregnant). She had cervical cancer and beat it. She is really an inspiration. People like this really encourage you when you have been through a scary similar situtation.

She played Tracy in the original cast of the Broadway musical version of Hairspray, for which she won a Tony. She is cute as a button and loves Dancing with the Stars and is super excited to be a part of it.

Oh yeah! i like her. I saw her in an ABC Family movie once. I think it was called "Beautiful Girl" or something.
