How did you find INTERCOT?

found intercot when i googled disneyworld a few years ago. i love how nice everyone is on this site. i have been on a few other boards and the people can be down right mean. so whenever anyone asks me questions about planning a trip to disney i send them to intercot.

Being a fan of EPCOT, the name of the site intrigued me.

I can't recall how I got here, probably searcning Disney sites, but I liked that I found pictures and videos on the parks, years before the advent of You Tube. I would replay the monorail ride video to feel like I was there.

I lurked for a few years before joining in the fun. I had to start contributing after a trip to WDW to repay all the help I had gotten from reading through the site and the boards before/ To me, this site is professional, family friendly nature and the format is not cluttered with huge graphics and truly immature content. The moderators keep us in line and their standards are maintained.

I stumbled on this site probably about 6 or 7 years ago and registered under a different screenname. I changed my screenname a few years ago, and have mostly been a lurker, but am slowly starting to post again. Intercot was a great find!

I believe I found Intercot through a Google search in 2002 before a trip. I had questions and I wanted answers! But life has become busier and busier so I don't post as much anymore. Usually only if I have a question or I can actually contribute. Plus I met my fiance on here so that's always a plus.
