Innoventions Official Grand Opening: September 29,
1994, but opened to the public on July 1, 1994.
All of the Innoventions West exhibits closed on October
15, 1997, for a major renovation. AT&T, IBM, SEGA, and Silicon
Graphics have re-opened. The rest of the area behind Silicon Graphics
was reserved for future use by them. The area near IBM and SEGA is
being converted into Lutron's Home Theater. On May 15, 1999, AT&T,
Silicon Graphics, and the Innoventions Pre-show closed. All of Innoventions
West's exhibits closed on August 14, 1999 to be refurbished and prepared
for the Millennium Celebration.
