3: True - The trams that are running today are the original parking lot trams and the tractors were designed by Bob Gurr to be able to pull a full load up the incline after you go "under water" on the way to the entrance to the Magic Kingdom (by the Contemporary).
6: Asian, Persian and Venetian.
There seems to be no sign of intelligent life anywhere.

Yep. Right after Walt Disney World opened, there were no ferry boats from the Transportation and Ticket Center to the Magic Kingdom. When the crowds started coming early on, the original 10 Monorails could not handle all of the guest traffic. The "spare" Trams were pressed into service to provide another means to get guests from the TTC to the front of the park. Today's parking-lot trams are not the originals; they've been updated several times over the years.

The Persian Resort was originally planned for a piece of property north of the Contemporary and east of the Magic Kingdom, but designers deemed that the theming of the resort wouldn't fit in with Tomorrowland in the background. The Venetian was planned for the property adjacent to the Transportation and Ticket Center (between TTC and the Contemporary). The Asian was originally planned for the plot of land where the Grand Floridian now sits.

Still looking for the other three IYHW destinations (hint: if you Google the IYHW ride layout, you'll find 'em ), and the other bad guy in Jungle Book.
