From what I hear, DVC is offering the equivalent ticket special on all bookings at DVC but you have to call MS to receive this special At least, I've heard this I'll find out soon if this is true, since I'm going in July and need to buy tickets

Up until April 30, you can cancel up to arrival day. We do not know if that will be extended yet.
So, at this point in time, standard 30 day cancel is in effect

It is not known only what will happen in a week or in a month. This COVID seriously crippled everyone and the statistics will not improve in any way. It seems to me that it could be worse than it is. And then it means no travel.
