My DW read that if you stay at FW, you can fish anywhere. Is that true?

Anywhere would mean the canals and the interior ponds/lakes of Fort Wilderness. No fishing off the docks. To fish in Bay Lake you'd need to do a fishing excursion. All fishing is catch and release.
