Captain Cook's at the Polynesian
Old Port Royale at Caribbean Beach
River Mill at Port Orleans Riverside
And not to be overlooked is the great CS at Disney Springs - Earl of Sandwich

I really liked Gasparilla Grill at the Grand Floridian.
Wolfgang Puck Express is my hands down favorite CS. It's at the Marketplace area at Disney Springs. It has wonderful food.

Another vote here for Wolfgang Puck Express - the best.
We also love Earl of Sandwich, but it is a completely different experience.

I absolutely agree with Wolfgang Puck Exp and EOS. But our favorite counter service at a resort is easily Mara at Animal Kingdom Lodge.
We like Gasparilla Grill & Captain Cooks. The Contempo Cafe has been good in the past but it's been a while.
Actually the food court at AoA is very good with a huge selection ... I've not tried it yet but the walk up counter at Morimotos at Disney Springs has to be good if it follows the same pattern as the table service .... which was our best meal of the week our last visit !!!

Earl of Sandwich, Wolfgang Puck Express at Disney, and I have also heard that Art of Animation resort has a fantastic selection of items. It's on our must do list for our trip this November. We always stay at Port Orleans Riverside and they have a great selection of items too.
