Yes, I am going to try another challenge. I fell well short of the 365 movies in 365 days. Well, in 2026, I am going to attempt 52 TV seasons in 52 weeks. Rules are as follows:
1) Whatever is considered a season by the creators is the season, whether 10 episodes or 25.
2) All shows count, whether TV or streaming only shows.
3) Those are the only 2 rules I have. Hopefully this makes it easier LOL.
Follow along if you like!

Forgot to mention, animated shows count.

With allowing animation/anime, I could easily do 52 seasons in 52 weeks. LOL Don't miss out on Twisted Wonderland on Disney+!!!!

On my list! Will watch for sure. If you want you can join and play along as well! It's a fun challenge. I don't think I ever succeeded LOL.

Don't laugh at me, but I go through about one season of an anime (10 - 12 episodes) a night. Just don't get into 'normal' TV of late. Maybe I'm just getting old and need the 'escapism'

Nah, no laughing here. Feel free to play along and list what ever anime you watch. I'm always looking for anime recommendations, I don't watch any at the moment, but have a few I want to catch. So recommendations would be appreciated.

Just a few, quick, thoughts on decent anime series...Info in parens is brief description of show.
Frieren Beyond Journeys End (Decades after her party disbanded, this elf reminisces over her past while gathering a new party.)
Pluto (Adult version of AstroBoy from the 60's.)
Apothecary Diaries (Dynastic era of Japan, but following a young woman who is brought to the Imperaial court as a worker/helper for the court apothecary.)
Ascendance of a Bookworm (Woman obsessed with reading reincarnated in another world as a sickly child. There are very few books in this new world and are very expensive. She sets out to create books for everyone, even though the materials and processes are not available.)
Welcome to the Outcast's Restaurant (Retired knight starting a restaurant to try to become the best chef in the nation.)
Isekai Izakaya: Japanese Food From Another World (Chef given secret to a doorway to a cafe in another world. Treating inhabitants to Japanese cooking/foods.)
Just for a bit of nonsensical fun...
The Shy Hero and the Assassin Princesses (Hero who cannot handle being around women joins up with 3 women who are out to kill him. What could go wrong?)
The Unaware Atelier Meister (Kid is 'fired' from his adventuring party for being 'worthless.' He believes it, but is actually the only reason his party survived.)
The Daily Life of a Middle Aged Online Shopper in Another World (Reincarnated in another world with the 'skill' to use Amazon to get anything you need.)
From Bureaucrat to Villainess: Dad's Been Reincarnated! (Middle aged man falls into a coma after a fall. Suddenly awakens as the villainess in an otome game...as his family watches.)
Farming Life in Another World (Guy dies and is given the chance to live peacefully in another world as a farmer. Given a gift to help him that allows him to do just about anything.)
A lot of what I watch is simplistic, fun isekai. A lot of 'sword and sorcery' shows. Many have too much 'fan service' for what they are, but I watch them anyway. LOL Tried not to list any with much or any ecchi content.
I have somewhere around 250 titles in my 'watchlists' right now. The last 2 listed above are on HiDive, the rest are on CrunchyRoll. Some can also be found on Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and/or Netflix. It seems there is a lot more multi-service distribution lately.

Thanks for that list! I had Crunchyroll for a few days. Got a free month somehow, and used it because Voltron is on there. I believe they call it Go Lion though. When I tried to watch, it was in Japanese. I thought there was am option for English, but when I tried to look for it, I couldn't find it. I know Disney+ and Netflix has a good amount of anime. I'll have to check around and see if anything catches my eye.
For now first season complete:
1. Andor Season 1 (Disney+)
