I am looking at new restaurants for our next trip.
We did Ohanas, Coral Reef, Sci Fi Dinner, Whispering Canyon Café, Yak and Yeti, Crystal Palace, Chef Mickeys and Cinderellas Royal Table on our last trip.

Grand Floridian Cafe and Kona Cafe are two of my favorites that are not too sought after. Trails End Buffeteria is also a hidden gem if you want to venture over to Fort Wilderness.

The Wave at The Contemporary was awesome! Just tried it last spring. Can't believe we never tired it before. Definitely going back!

We were very pleasantly surprised on our last trip when we decided to try Mama Melrose at the Studios. One of our best WDW meals ever. The food and service were great!

The first thing that comes to mind is the Plaza at the MK and at EPCOT Via Napoli.

Venture over to a couple of the resorts - Boatwrights at Riverside is a family favorite that we hit regularly, and Olivia's at Old Key West is one of the seriously hidden gems at WDW.

We enjoy Maya Grille at Coronado Springs Resort, Paradiso 37 at Disney Springs, Boatwright's at PO Riverside, Captain's Grille at Yacht Club
And it isn't a trip to Disney if we don't have breakfast at the Grand Floridian Café and Kona Café.

In addition to the great suggestions you have already, I'd add Portobello at Disney Springs, and Sanaa at AKL. I think Portobello is more "hidden" than Sanaa - both are excellent.

I really enjoyed Trattoria al Forno on my trip last month. It was so good that we ended up making a second reservation during our trip. I highly recommend it!

Love the breakfast buffet at Captain's Grill at Yacht Club! Also really like Kona Cafe for lunch. And Bluezoo at the Dolphin.
