Will Lovato at DVCNews posted the filing yesterday with some sketches up too for anyone interested.
The filing is for Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom, Cabins, and Grand Villas. The size seems to be slightly larger than the current VWL/BRV accommodations but points per night are pretty much in line with it's "sister" resort.
No word yet on when sales will start.
