Doubtful. I would think you would have to show your DVC membership card to get the parking waived.

Parking fees are supposed to be waived for ALL stays that use points, whether the owner is in the room or not.
The reason behind no parking fees for DVC, is that the members dues, which are assessed per point, already include maintenance of the property part of which is parking lot upkeep.
The resort knows if the room is booked on points. If it is, no parking fee should be assessed.

It has been my understanding that parking fees will not be charged for reservations made with DVC points, regardless of who it's for.
It is not a "perk" being given to DVC owners, but rather something that has already been covered by annual maintenance fees.
