I have annual passes for myself, my wife and our youngest daughter. On our next trip our oldest daughter and her friend are joining us and wont have annual passes. Will I be able to link photos they get on their own to my Photopass to include in my free download benefit?

As long as she is either on your MDE account or your friends and family list then yes. If she has her own account she needs to check the box that you can see her photos. Just did this earlier this month.
