The word on the street is that Be Our Guest will start serving breakfast in the not so distant future.
I wonder if it will be Table Service or Quick Service? Either way, I think this is good news for those who want to visit the "other" castle!

That would be a nice addition to help take pressure off the other meals. I also find Magic Kingdom does not have enough breakfast options through out the park so another site will be nice.

I say the parks in general don't have a lot of breakfast options.
Ever since they changed the park hours to 9am, breakfast in the parks has been tough. In general they parks switch over to lunch around 11:30 (does BoG really start lunch at 10:30am?), so this will almost surely be a TS location with an earlier than park opening start time (with a price tag to match).
IF this happens, it will almost assuredly be a character breakfast -- "Beastly Breakfast @ Be Our Guest" They would not do something like this unless it would bring them in more $$$$$$
