If anyone was driving down, I-95 and I-75 are Northbound only in Georgia (and presumably Florida) at this time.
I-75 is not northbound only in Georgia or Florida. The "express lanes" in Georgia which I believe normally change direction based on work traffic have been made northbound only round the clock.
The state of Florida announced earlier this year that they will not be reversing lanes at all this year due to the enormous manpower it takes to maintain reverse flow at every entrance ramp for 100s of miles. Instead, you can now drive on the shoulder to create an additional lane of traffic.
Coming up... ???

Wow. Sorry for spreading misinformation. I received a notice from GDOT about it, but perhaps it was a mistake and I missed the correction.
