Planning a "once in a lifetime" trip to Disneyland the first week of Dec. (from NY) Does anyone know if there are any planned closures for that time?

Right now there's nothing major planned for December. Lots of big closures beginning in January 2016 as they break ground for Star Wars Land but you should be fine.
