After being left off a list of forthcoming EPCOT attractions in Late 2020, the Walt Disney World resort has confirmed that construction for Journey of Water is still moving forward at EPCOT:
Disney Parks & Resorts wrote: “Make way, make way!” The upcoming Journey of Water, Inspired by “Moana” experience will be part of the four EPCOT neighborhoods that are part of the park’s historic transformation currently underway.

Isn't this a walk through "maze" with water features rather than a ride or real attraction? Yawn....
I'm hopeful that this will be pretty cool. It is supposed to be interactive, although I'm not sure what that means here. In any case, looking forward to the Epcot updates, even if they've had to scale them back.
