I can answer that one for you without having to see it unfold. The penny pinchers will just cut back on the number of buses running those routes and the wait times and crowding on the buses will still be exactly the same as before.

Hahahaaaaa Unfortunately you are probably right. If TPTB figure that the SkyLiner will take about 1/3 of the traffic, they will cut the bus availability by 1/2. Make sure there are crowds for both the SkyLiner and the buses.
