Can anyone tell me if Flight of Passage is using a single-rider line yet? We had the chance to ride in June, and it looked like there was an SRL, but it wasn't being used due to the lines. Just wondering if they will be using it. Thanks!
I've been watching daily and the Wait Time App is still saying its closed. We are going in Sept so I have been hoping they open it too

There is no actual single rider line. I was there today and they were sending single riders down a separate loading lane.

I was there about 3 weeks ago and did this. The other 2 loading lanes were full of people waiting and I went up the middle lane as a single rider and pretty much walked in to the preshow room. It saved me about 15-20 minutes of additional waiting.
But there will eventually be a single rider line, it is just the dedicated line isn't open yet right?
All the ride queue pictures I have seen shown a standby line with wait time on the left, a single ride line with wait time in the middle, and a fast pass line with wait time on the right.
Also in the queu itself I have seen pictures of the single rider line and fast pass queue lines signage with the lines separated by a railing.
Can anyone confirm?

Just wonder - with FOP being so popular, are there any secrets to share to get through stand-by in a reasonable amount of time? It seems almost impossible to get a FP for this attraction. And if the single-rider line isn't open yet, what are people doing other than waiting 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours for the attraction? Does first thing in the morning work, if you head right there?
We missed park opening so by the time we arrived there was a 2 hour wait. We found the best time was mid-afternoon, everyone rushes there first thing but later in the day move on to other attractions. We only got the wait down to 90 minutes when we went at the end of August though. Normally I am not keen to wait over an hour for anything but this was well worth the wait, the whole family really enjoyed it. :mickey:

This worked for me in late July. The park opened at 8am due to morning EMH. We got there about 15 minutes before opening and waited in line to get through the front gate. I was the only one in my family that wanted to ride FOP so we split up. I was able to move faster than some of the others heading to FOP. As I walked by the front of the line they just started letting people through into queue. I got in line at the end of the walkway entering Africa. I waited 1 hour until I was on the ride, but most of the time the line moved slowly. While waiting to enter the pre-show I was able to save 15-20 minutes being a single rider as they used me to fill the last space. It worked for me being a single rider. It also seemed that since it was morning EMH there weren't any FP+ people yet. I have never waited an hour for any ride, but this was worth it.
For a 9am park opening, we got to the AP entrance at 7:30 and were 2nd online. The big problem was when the allowed people to scan their magicbands to go in, there was zero crowd control and people were full on RUNNING thru the oasis. They then had a cast member by Tiffins telling people no running. By that point it was chaos. They lined us up on the bridge there and then at about 850 or so, escorted the whole crowd to Pandora and by FOP there was a rope that kind of bottlenecked the crowd down into a line. The sign showing wait time said 60 min but from the time we passed the sign to getting off the ride, it was 33 minutes.

Was just there Saturday and no SRL.
It was an impromptu day trip. 3 hour wait, but my kiddos LOVED it!! I did too.

No single rider line yet. We went first thing in the morning and it took over two hours. Best time without a fastpass seems to be 15-20 minutes before closing. This way fast pass stops and the lines moves quickly. We did this a few days ago and the sign said 120 minutes and we were on in about 45 minutes.
This is the first ride at WDW that (so far) is not quicker to get on at park opening.

Thanks for reporting, but this can mean a dozen different things. You got to the park at 9 for a 9am open? You got to the park at 7 for a 9am open? Can you clarify a bit so we can understand why it took 2 hours?
