All the times we have been to Animal Kingdom, I have never taken the time to see Flights of Wonder.

I saw it today and really liked it. Loved Guano Joe. He is hilarious. If you haven't seen this show I recommend it highly.

We'll have to give it a try, if the boys don't like it I'll tell them to blame Ms Marci Grin

Lol Lynn. I really hope they like it, or I'm in for it.

Nice spot for a rest. We've caught it a few times - watching the birds fly just over your head is inspiring.

DW & I saw it years ago and really liked it. Tried to take my DD (then 9) on last trip, but she has an irrational fear of birds and "Freaked Out" as soon as they started the show. We had to leave.

Agreed!

Tip: They'll ask for a volunteer with a dollar bill in hand. Have it ready before the show begins. :mickey:

The company that does this show (its not Disney) used to also do a show for the State Fair of Texas every year. However, after 25 years, two years ago they retired it. Now I guess I'll just have to go to DAK to check it out!

I agree that it is great. It seems to be often overlooked by guests, as it doesn't carry the prestige of numerous other attractions at WDW, but it is charming and fun in its own right.

A most underrated attraction - I happended upon it by accident on a school trip with my coworker and loved it. Just took my girls for the first time last trip, and they really enjoyed it. We definitely want to return this summer. :mickey:

Great show!

Last trip, I knew right where to sit to have the hawk fly over my head. Had my trusty Nikon all set to go, and got an AWESOME shot of him headed right for me. I like the non-flying animals as well, and the Bald Eagle is always cool.

One of my favorites going back to my first trip in 2002.

"Was the flag important?"

"Well, yeah. The flag is what makes all of this (shake stick in the air) work."
