My boss just booked a weekend for the food & wqine Festival. When she went into her MDE it said her bands were on the way (they shipped) well she didn't pick any bands, also it then gave her the option to pick her colors. My question is which bands are coming the ones they picked or the ones she picked?? :confused: she is going the weekend of 9-19-14

If they did not give you tracking info you can customize them. If they did they will be gray.

Thanks they did give her the tracking number. She just booked yesterday so she should have been given the option to pick colors.. :(

Bands need to be customized by thirty days out so unfortunately she missed the cutoff date. If she went ahead and customized after they shipped they may have them at the resort but I don't think so.
