So how and where exactly do we get tickets for this? Do we need to get them immediately when we get in the park to avoid being shut out? Thanks.
1 day to go!!!!!

You need to go to a stand to get a ticket for whichever show you want. They were on the half hour starting at 12:30 last Saturday. The stand is in a remote part of the park, as is the theater where the show is. If you go down the street where Toy Story Mania is and follow it almost to the very end, you'll see it. Our return time was 12:20. When we arrived at 12:15, the theater was packed! We were able to get a seat but there weren't too many left. The show is wonderful. It appeals to adults and kids alike. It was truly one of my favorite parts of last week's trip. The kids in the audience were so fun to watch! A must- do! enjoy!
Do I need to hurry to get the tickets first thing in the morning or will there be tickets available at 9:30 or 10am? I assume I can go and get tickets for my party of 4 without them coming to get them with me? Thanks

Unfortunately I can't answer either question. We got to HS about 8:30 on an Early entry day. We went right to toy Story but the line was a mile long, so we just continued down that street to almost the end. At that time we had a choice of 5 different shows and we chose the 12:30. There were just 2 of us and we were both there so I'm not sure if one person could get more than one ticket. Have so much fun. Wish I were going back!
I just added this to my FP's for my 9/20 visit. It was available as a tier 2 (I replaced my star tours FP with it)

I was there in late July. I would get your tickets early. You should be fine till around 11, then you might have problems getting a ticket.

what exactly is the frozen sing along? My son sometimes will break out in the song Let It Go,and it's so cute.
Will this be going on in November?

It is a show at HS. It is narrated by 2 very funny storytellers. There are clips from the movie and a few live characters. They RETELL the story and the words for the songs are on 3 big screens for the audience to sing along. My husband and I were there Aug.16 and loved it! The narrators' jokes were very funny and seeing and hearing the kids sing along was great. I think your son would love it. Hope it's there in November.
Just as a heads-up: the sing-along is being added to FP+ (so once that happens, the hard paper tickets will no longer be given out). I want to say this will be happening in the next few days

Currently it is only running through Sept (but I wouldn't be shocked if it was extended again)

I've seen it already as a FP+ option.

You can get tickets for everyone in your party. I would get them as early as possible. It is back in the area close to the stunt car attractions- not quite that far. You will see signs that direct you to the Premier Theatre and it is near that (cm's will be there to direct you).
Lots of fun
