Joining Disney's Hollywood Studios, Cast at Disney's Animal Kingdom have reported operational reductions at several attractions:
- Kilimanjaro Safaris will close at 7:45 pm now through the end of October.
- Kilimanjaro Safaris will close at 6:30 pm beginning in November.
- Kali River Rapids is now operating reduced hours from 9:30 am - 7:30 pm.
- Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail is now operating reduced hours from 9:30 am - 4:30pm.
- Maharajah Jungle trek is now operating reduced hours from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
The reduced operating hours are expected to last through the end of 2018.
No change in the overall park hours are currently expected.

As we are moving into late fall with cooler temps, and earlier sunsets, I am not sure this really means anything.
