They have been available at least since August of last year and we have pictures from August, November, and December. They start once it gets dark, so I'd check then.

Just a warning, the line for them was really long when I was there.
"Welcome, Foolish Mortals..."
I managed to stumble into the line on accident while viewing the fireworks last night. Only waited about 10 minutes.
