We will need to activate our military tickets upon arrival. Typically we activate them in our first park, but I would like to activate them in Disney Springs the day before we start the parks. Is it still possible to activate in DS? Does anyone know where? I am thinking the location may have changed since all the revamp of DS. Last time we activated them there it was at guest services next to the old sports store and TrenD.
Another question. Which parking garage is closest to where we need to go to activate the tickets?

The Welcome Center - the name for the location of Guest Relations - is about as close to the geographical center of Disney Springs as possible. It's right by D-Luxe Burger. The Lime garage is closest.
