We will be attending the MNSSHP on October 28th. In the past you could enter MK starting at 4:00 with just a party ticket. Is this still the case? I have heard that time has moved to 5:00.

We were able to enter at 4pm when we went the beginning of September. They will have a couple separate lines for party goers.
If you are DVC you can enter at 2pm
