Does anyone know, in the past, when Disney has offered Free Dining, have the family suites been excluded?

They offer the free dining when and where they want people to stay. I am not sure that is always the same each time. If people are not booking the family suites at certain places, then they would probably offer the free dining. I was told that it all depends on occupancy numbers.

I believe this is the last free dining offer Disney made. You can see the exclusions at the bottom of the initial post.
I also seem to recall that Disney's free dining offers typically exclude the family suites from the offer.
