Our flight leaves around 2:30 pm so I figure ME will want us to board by 11am. I am able to get a seating at Boma at 8:45 am.
If we check out of room, get our boarding passes and check our bags in, take the first bus to AK then go to lodge, is this possible to do this in our time frame? I figure to get to the bus stop by 7:30am so we don't miss the first AK bus. If we can't eat before 8:45 we can look around. Most of the time Boma will check you in earlier from our experiences for breakfast there.
What is the best way to get back to French Quarter? Take bus back to AK then FQ bus or take bus at lodge to one of the other parks then get bus back to FQ to board ME.
If we have no luggage, would ME let us get on bus at AKL to go to airport??
I don't want to take a taxi if I can avoid it.

You will need to board Magical Express at the resort you are vacating so you will need to travel back to French Quarter. The quickest was back is probably bus to Animal Kingdom and switch to a bus for your resort.
If you run short of time, you could always go for that taxi.

That was going to be my suggestion. A lot easier and quicker than relying on the buses for this kind of tight time squeeze.
