WOOHOOO!! As the title says, just booked Wilderness Lodge for last week November and 1st week Dec 2018. :cloud9: I know it's a long way off but had a deal over here for flights, hotel, free DDP, 14 day tickets for price of 7 and $200 gift card. As planning to go anyway, we couldn't pass it up!
As much as loved POFQ, we decided to upgrade as seen how beautiful Wilderness Lodge looks, especially with Christmas decs.

We loved it when we stayed there a few years ago during holiday season. WCC is one of our favorite breakfasts so no matter where we stay we always eat there once during a trip.

We will be there a week from today!!!! Hint - if you have booked a standard view room, ask for one in the lobby over the Whispering Canyon (the noise from the restaurant in not annoying - to us anyway) as in my opinion they are the best rooms at the resort. Every time you open the door, you get the awesome view of the lobby and with you going Christmas season, what a view you will have!!!! I'm sure you are going to love it.
Thanks for the hint but we're restricted to a roll-in shower room for hubby. I'm sure you'll have an amazing time. If you see Stitch, give him a hug for me!

Make sure you check out all the resorts, as they ALL put on special displays for the Christmas Season. Of course, the Deluxe and DVC resorts go way overboard (NOT) but the Moderates and even the Values put on very nice displays.
Your exact time frame is when I prefer to go - the week after Thanksgiving in the US. Low(er) crowd levels and all the special shows and decorations...

PopPhan - do you know when the Gingerbread house is in Grand Floridian? We saw it on a Food network show last Christmas and would love to see it. Looks incredible.
