So...I'm a relatively experienced Disney traveler (at least a couple of trips per year for the past 17 years) so I've used the My Disney Experience app a lot. We have a trip coming up in 3 weeks and have resort reservations, fast passes and some dinner reservations. When I look at the website on my computer, all things show up. In the app on my phone, only the resort reservations and dinner reservations show up...no fast passes. Has anyone else had this problem? I've checked and the app is updated to the most recent version.
I would appreciate any words of wisdom, since I'll be using the app to remember fast pass times once we're at the parks. Thank you!

First, update the app to the latest version...but you already checked that.
Second, log out of the app, then log back in.
Third, it sounds odd, but try doing a "forgot your password" reset of your password. It could possibly fix the issue.
Fourth, if all else fails, call the MDE helpdesk. This is not an uncommon issue and sometimes they have to fix something over the phone.

Oh my goodness.....this worked! It's just like at work when your printer won't print anything, you call the IT people and they ask if you've turned it off and back on again, because that's the fix 9 times out of 10! Thanks for the help!!
