When I signed into my account, I noticed a modify reservation option. Does this mean I can change to a discounted rate/package online? If so, is that available at midnight the day the discount comes out or when the phone lines open?

I don't know ... this is a great question!
I don't have a "modify" button when I check my reservation, so I can't see it at all.
I know in the past you had to call in to make changes, to have the "new code" applied to your reservation.
I'm sure someone who knows for sure will be along soon.
