My disney Experience Down?

I'd call in to their help line just to make sure. Haven't seen anything reported but it's pretty widely known things haven't been completely smooth and the system has had issues in the past.

Just tried going on MDE as well and it said my password was incorrect; then it said my email was not associated with an account. It's the website. My app on my iPad does work however. Hope it's fixed soon!

Awesome. Got up at 2:30am to make my ADRs and the system is down. Been trying for the last 25 minutes and still can't get on.

Having the same issues. Email not associated with an account. Can't book ADR's. Every time I ever need to, the system is always down. It's so frustrating!:coffee:

It sure is. Have been trying to connect with my pad as well. No luck. Sigh.

Wanted to get my September ADR's in before I leave for work, no such luck :(

Waiting on phone. On hold for 19 minutes! Called right at 7am! :(

Was on hold for about half an hour. Did get everything I wanted so guess I can't complain. Have been up since 2:30. It's now 4:45. Sigh.

How frustrating! Hope they get it fixed soon!

Still can't log in. It took me over an hour of wait and then working with CM to get booked. I got what I wanted for the most part. Was hoping to get dinner at BOG but had to settle for late lunch. It's for my niece though. I just was really hoping to be able to do this on line. Logged in yesterday evening to look things over. Had no problems....now I can't log in at all. :confused: Oh well.....

I got up to be online right at 6am. Had to wait until 7am to call. Was then on hold for a very long time. The person I spoke to who was very nice. She was aware the site was down. Told me that several people had yelled at her. Very uncool. Please remember that the CM you are speaking with has nothing to do with the site being down. Being unpleasant gains you nothing.

Yeah, that is not cool. I wasn't mad (I was frustrated but not at CM). I was still undecided about one of my days/ressies I wanted to make and was planning to just look at what was avail on line. So when we got to that day...I was a little slow at making my choice, which I explained to him. But he was patient and I quickly made my selection.

Now that my DD is going to be a CM, I am even more aware of how I and others interact with them. I would hate for someone to yell at my daughter for something that is completely out of her control. So please be nice! ;)

Ok.should we just wait for the site to come back up, or do we inundate disney with calls ? Hopefully their i.t. people can repair the system and get everyones info back online!

Site still down. Trying to make fast passes for Saturday as we got last minute tickets and the site has been every since.
