We made a reservation for this dinner. Do we have to get our tickets before the show? Can our hotel concierge do that for us? How long does that usually take? We arrive on a Saturday and our dinner is on that Weds. I don't really want to waste time going to get our tickets at Poly before then. Any ideas?

Yes, you can pick up your tickets at your resort concierge, you don't have to go to the Poly.
It should only take a few minutes, no problem at all.
I've also heard that you can pick them up from any Guest Services location, but I've never tried that, since it is so easy to get them at the resort.
