No, in addition to the horse collar, he wore a green bow tie, at least in the later color cartoons he appeared in. Along with blue overalls and a red shirt.

Ah, I would've never put that together. I only remember him (other than the classic appearance) in either his red gown from The Prince and the Pauper or in his blue coveralls when he worked the tech booth on House of Mouse. That's about it.
