To be honest, I have absolutely no idea who a male, human character could be in EPCOT. I'll go with Bert from Mary Poppins but that's all I can think of.

It's a character only found in the theme park, not in films. DC was physically close to where you find him. The actor is very talented, probably a lot more so than the character he portrays here.
