Well I have no idea. The first clue makes me think you're talking about hidden characters in other disney films like how rapunzel shows up to the coronation ceremony in Frozen. I'm confused :/ anyone else?

Not Figaro. Both characters are small in size. the other character I usually star with - the name could also be a geographical term.
