This may be a stretch but what the heck! I've actually been thinking about this as the answer for a while now, I just kept second guessing myself. How about Geri (The Cleaner) from Toy Story 2? I don't see how he's generous... but all the other clues seem to match perfectly. ;)

I thought about that too, but he's listed in the cast listing as "Geri" so I thought he had a name, even though it's never mentioned in the movie.
