Attraction: Extras: |
This song is heard in the Easy Living scene. A man on a small television to the right of the bathtub up on the second level sings it in a 1920s/30s style. The song originally was used in the Carousel of Progress at the 1964/65 New York World's Fair and then at Disneyland. When the attraction was moved to Walt Disney World in 1975, the theme song was replaced with "The Best Time of Your Life." By 1983 when Horizons opened, the song was no longer playing so the Imagineers used it in Horizons as a nostalgic reminder of the original Carousel of Progress. But when WDW's Carousel of Progress was renovated in 1993, the song was brought back as its theme song. The version used in Horizons repeats several times with slight variations.
