Princess Half Marathon Weekend Returns
Disney’s Princess Half Marathon Weekend presented by Lady Footlocker
returns to Walt Disney World Resort this weekend, March 5-7,
2010.Now in its second year, the event includes the Disney’s Fit for
a Princess Health and Fitness Expo plus a series of race
opportunities – Disney’s Royal Family Kids’ Races, the Royal Family
5K and the 13.1-mile half marathon. The signature event takes
runners on a course through multiple Walt Disney World theme parks,
each themed around Disney’s beloved princess characters.

Official Grand Opening Caught on Video
INTERCOT's John and Gary attended the ESPN Wide World of Sports
Grand Opening this past week and had a front row view of the
ceremony. In the video, Garrett Hartley of the New Orleans Saints
kicks a field goal thru the entrance to officially open the venue.

Atlanta Braves Suit up for Spring Training
Major
League Baseball’s Atlanta Braves will return for their 14th
exhibition season at Walt Disney World Resort in March 2010.
Champion Stadium at the newly rebranded ESPN Wide World of Sports
Complex, where the Atlanta Braves will take the field to prepare for
the upcoming season, features more than 9,500 seats, four luxury
skyboxes, and multiple open-air suites and patios. The double-decker
stadium offers many of the amenities of today’s major league
ballparks. Stadium seats, bleachers and a grassy knoll all provide
fans with an intimate sports experience like no other.

Dining Additions Coming to Epcot
Two exciting dining additions are coming to Epcot World Showcase, at
the Italy pavilion and Mexico pavilion. In Italy, an authentic
Neapolitan pizzeria is under construction with opening planned for
fall 2010 in time for the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
At Mexico, the popular Cantina de San Angel restaurant is expanding,
and will feature 400 seats with al fresco seating for lunch and a
perfect place for viewing “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth,” the
nightly Epcot fireworks spectacular. Opening is also is set for fall
2010.

Drew Brees is Going to Disney World!
Drew
Brees led the New Orleans Saints to a Super Bowl victory over the
Indianapolis Colts in South Florida, so what do you think he’s going
to do next? He's Going to Disney World, of course! After
making several memorable plays against the Colts in the 31-17 Super
Bowl XLIV win, Drew looked into the TV cameras and proclaimed the
famous phrase. Drew is appearing in a nationwide commercial
this week and heading to Walt Disney World Resort Monday at where
he’ll celebrate his team’s magical Super Bowl win with a ticker tape
parade down at Main Street USA at 11:55 a.m.
