We have reservations with free dining for our upcoming trip. There are three of us in the room. We have just found out our daughter's boyfriend might be able to join us. Is it possible to add another name to the reservation and get the same deal? Also, can we do this up to check in? We do not want to add him until we are completely sure he can be there.

Yes you can as long as it is in the same room. We've done this many times. They save "X" amount of ROOOMS for a promo - it's not based on people.
