Can anyone tell me if I remember this correctly; if you stay at one All Star you can swim at all 3 locations?

Yes! If you're staying at one of the All-Star resorts, you can swim in any of the pools at the other All-Stars as well.

You cannot swim at Pop Century if you're staying at the All-Stars (or vice versa). Pop Century is not a sister resort to the All-Star Resorts.
