Does anyone know if we are able to use the Bay Lake swimming pool if we are staying at the Contempray but not in the Villas?
Thanks in advance!

I'm 99% certain the answer to that question is NO. I believe you are required to enter the pool using the BLT room key. The pool is actually fenced for restricted access.
No, you can't use the pool at Bay Lake Towers; but, the pool at the Contemporary is actually a very nice pool!

The "perks" of paying big bucks for a glorified timeshare.

BLT is my home resort and the BLT pool isn't like the ones at BCV or AKV, where they have a pool with really neat features. At BLT there's a pool with a decent slide, a small water play area for little kids, plus a hot tub. There's a bar that serves food. That's it. It's also mostly in the shade during the day because of the height of BLT. You're not missing anything.

Agreed - might be the least interesting of the DVC pools. Guess they didn't have an abundance of room to work with for this pool. It's nice, but nothing special for Disney.
