Cant decide between Beach Club Villa or Bay Lake Villa.
what are your opinions for each?

The answer to that probably depends a lot on how you are planning your trip. If you intend to spend a good bit of time at MK, you can't beat the BLT location. If you intend to enjoy EPCOT/DHS, you can't beat the BC location.... Are you more likely to want to eat at monorail restaurants or the EPCOT restaurants?
If you are planning to swim while there, the pool at BC is much bigger and better than BLT (which we have found to be on the small side). However, when we were there at BLT, we could use any of the CR pools - which is probably still the case for DVC guests there. But even with that, the BC pool is better.
Both are really nice places to stay - but each offers a very different experience.
