Did a super-quick 1 night stay early this month and for the first time since '85 I had a rental car.
I used bell services and it took about 30 minutes for our bags to get to our room at the YC.
The CM who delivered the bag told me I was dealing with 2 different companies, a contractor at the curb and a CM at my room? I had no idea. You kind of want to know that before you hand out tips, right?
Can someone in the know clarify this for me. Am I mistaken? I would love some more info.

Both Bell Services and Valet Services are contracted out. What time did you check in? If it was around check out (11:00 AM)/check in (3-4 PM) time, I have found it takes longer to get your luggage. At least they didn't misplace your luggage, including refrigerated medication, like what happened to our family at AKL Kidani in 2013!
