Where can I get a Birthday cake for All Star Sports? Do you know cost also?

I've never tried to get a cake at ASS, so I'm not sure of all of the details. However, Disney has a list of things you can do for birthdays, and includes some information on cakes at TS restaurants, and a Mickey head cake that can be ordered.
There will be cupcakes in the food court, and I'm sure they could add a "happy birthday" to one of them if you ask.
